Trade-In Process

Once we’ve agreed on the trade-in value, here’s how the process works:

1. Receive Coupon Code: We’ll send you a coupon code for the trade-in value of your old equipment.
2. Place Your Order: Use the coupon code to place your order for the new equipment.
3. Contact Customer Service: Once your order is placed, contact our customer service team to complete the payment.
4. Receive Tracking Number: Once payment is complete, we’ll provide you with a delivery tracking number.
5. Test and Return Old Unit: When you receive your new equipment, test it to ensure it’s working properly. Then, package your old equipment in the original packaging and send it back to the address provided.
